I spent 26th and 27th of September with Jinying, who is studying in Versailles this year. We went to Paris (26th) and Versailles (27th). I don’t have pics from 27th because my camera died after 1 photo on the 26th! Haha! I totally forgot to charge the batt, thinking that self-discharge won’t occur. Sometimes I wonder why haven’t I applied all that I’ve learnt here into practical use… Wahahahahahahahaha…

Travelled to London with Kaitlin. Had dinner at a cool restaurant that sits you way up high!

Walked a lot today. We went to the Tower of London, the old palace of the kingdom which houses the famous BIG diamonds. We also did high tea with scones and sandwiches. Of course the finale of the night is the GREEN DAY CONCERT! I had a blast there! The only pity is that my camera ran out of battery toward the end. The end was indeed the height of the concert. Billie Joe Armstrong (who dyed his hair blonde?!) did Time Of Your Life and Wake Me Up When September Ends acoustic. Got pretty emotional with the combination of both songs. Man, was it a great concert. Everyone belting out melodies in-sync and in tune! Haha! I wished there was more. 18,000 people at the O2 Arena is some good audience!

Not a problem for me, but for the Kaitlinthe Canadian, still not very helpful!

Spend the last few moments in London walking along the River Thames. Just looking at the sights as we passed. We had some good weather that weekend! So lucky! I always thought London was wet and gloomy but not that particular weekend! Everyone was abound, kinda miss the crowded cities after being away for so long…

Yay! I’ve finally booked the tix and accomodation for London over this weekend! W00T!!!

This is so exciting! I’m finally going to step into the UK! What more, there is a Green Day concert going at the O2 stadium on Saturday evening as well!

I love being a Singaporean! Because our passport is so useful in going to places. Not all my classmates can go into the UK so easily.

C’est bon! Can’t wait for this weekend to arrive!
